Our Philosophy
We have no misapprehension about the shrinking U.S. markets, nor do we complain about the influx of goods, expensive or inexpensive, manufactured by other countries. Instead, we firmly believe that the U.S., like it has been for hundreds of years, has much to contribute to the world, whether it is in terms of imagination, innovation, or manufactured products.
Our View of Doing Business in China
China is the world’s fastest growing market and an important element of this dynamic global economy. Expanding to China is not an option for many businesses, but a necessity. And yes, you can grow a Chinese market from here – in U.S.
Our Goal
To minimize our clients’ risks of doing business in China with least amount of resource commitment possible by analyzing, partner matching, strategizing, implementing, and managing outsourcing.
Our Clients
Small to medium sized US companies.
How Do We Operate?
Our clients call us when they have a question or an idea; or when they have something more pressing on their minds to discuss perhaps a new direction for an existing product or a possible market for a new product; or when they are under the pressure to cut down costs. We offer honest, practical, and experienced advice. We work like the International Sales and Marketing Director our clients currently do not staff.
Some of our clients call us before traveling and/or during traveling. Our clients consult us before they sign an agreement. We act like our client’s agent in China that they cannot offered at this moment in time.
Flexible Fee Models
We do not have a daily fees. For our new clients, we encourage them to use our consulting services for a low monthly retainer fees. The services include but not limited to feasibility study, marketing or regulation research in China, and or simply phone calls to discuss ideas. With our long term clients or for long term projects, we are often prepared to share risk and reward through professional arrangements.
